On April 7, 2026, Dingfan Elementary School welcomed special guests from the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI) for a fun post-holiday activity! "Dr. Metrology" and his team brought exciting board games to teach our students all about "Weights and Measures."

The students learned that these experts are like "Wallet Guardians"! They visit traditional markets before big holidays to check if the scales are accurate, making sure everyone gets what they pay for. Our middle graders were especially happy because they have a math quiz on this topic tomorrow! By playing the games, they reviewed all the key points easily. Before leaving, the BSMI staff praised our students for their excellent behavior and quick minds. Everyone went home with a small gift and a big smile!

115年4月7日，連假剛結束，頂番國小的孩子們就迎來了一場超級有趣的「收心操」！大家印象中嚴肅的「經濟部標準檢驗局」大變身，由「度量衡博士」、「小高哥哥」與「曾叔叔」帶來了超好玩的桌遊與教具，帶著中高年級的孩子們一起闖關學知識。

原來，度量衡人員就像是「錢包守門員」！他們分享在過年或中秋節等採買旺季前，都會去市場檢查攤商的磅秤準不準，幫大家的荷包把關。孩子們驚訝地發現，原來數學課本裡的重量與長度在生活中這麼重要！更棒的是，中年級班級明天剛好有相關的數學考試，大家邊玩邊複習，直接把重點記進腦袋裡。活動結束後，標檢局的人員大讚頂番的孩子守秩序又聰明，並送給每位同學精美小禮物，讓大家在歡笑中滿載而歸！

We received exciting news from the "Changhua County Local Language Oral Art Competition"! Our talented 5th and 6th graders showcased fantastic chemistry and fluent Taiwanese, proudly bringing home 3rd Place in the Southern Min Crosstalk category!

Contestants Lin Yun-Xin and Chou Han-Chen performed the topic "Practicing Eloquence in Taiwanese." Their lively performance and authentic Taiwanese flair captured the true essence of traditional crosstalk. We give a special thank you to Teacher Weng Ching-Fang for her dedicated coaching in pronunciation and stage presence. Congratulations to our students and teacher for their hard work! We hope to see more children keep our beautiful mother tongue alive!

校園傳來振奮人心的好消息！在競爭激烈的「彰化縣 114 學年度本土語言口說藝術競賽」中，高年級好手展現絕佳默契，一舉拿下【閩南語答喙鼓組】全縣第三名的耀眼成績！

參賽學生藺芸歆與周含縝同學，以題目「講台語練喙花」登台，兩人在台上唱作俱佳，道地的台語氣口（khuì-kháu）搭配生動的肢體語言，將傳統說唱藝術發揮得淋漓盡致。這份榮耀要特別感謝翁靚芳老師的辛勤指導，從發音咬字到台風走位，老師的用心陪伴是孩子自信發光的關鍵。讓我們一起為獲獎同學與老師熱烈掌聲鼓勵，也期待更多囡仔加入母語傳承的行列！

On April 1, 2026, our school celebrated Children's Day with a special 8.7-kilometer hike! Led by the principal and teachers, 885 students and staff members walked deep into the community to visit local religious and cultural centers.

Despite a sudden downpour, the team kept moving forward with umbrellas and raincoats, enjoying the scenery in the rain. The students showed great perseverance throughout the long journey. Most touchingly, the local community showed immense support, warming everyone's hearts despite the weather. This event was not just a physical challenge but also a meaningful way for students to connect with their hometown and celebrate their special day!

115年4月1日，為了慶祝兒童節，全校 885 位師生展開了一場別開生面的「8.7 公里健行大挑戰」！在校長與老師的帶領下，隊伍浩浩蕩蕩走入社區，深度參訪在地的信仰中心，以此方式慶祝屬於孩子們的節日。

雖然健行途中遇上大雨攪局，大家紛紛穿起雨衣、撐起雨傘，在雨中漫步欣賞家鄉風光，卻絲毫沒有澆熄師生的熱情。令人感動的是，社區居民的愛心完全不減分，沿途的支持與關懷成為孩子們前進的最佳動力。這場結合體能挑戰與在地文化認同的健行活動，不僅鍛鍊了學生的毅力，更讓孩子們在兒童節這天，與家鄉土地建立更深的情感連結。
